Account Invalid

My dashboard shows No Active Account and I cannot access the Configuration Utility (it says “Your Account in Invalid”) even though I upgraded to a paid account an hour ago and my credit card was charged.

Hi @Corey,

can you try to logout and login back again?
Sometimes it takes a bit longer for transaction to be fully processed. And the Configuration utility needs to be updated, to pick new settings.
Looking at the account right now it seems everythign is set.
Can you confirm it is working for you as well?
