Yes. For example: 42.3388, 2.1369 (you do need to specify coordinate somewhere over land though).

Currently EO Browser doesn’t allow that, but it is an interesting idea - can’t promise anything at the moment, but we’ll keep it in mind. Thanks for suggesting it!
