High resolution data

Hi!
I’ve got two questions:

  1. I’ve purchased the basic subscription but in the dashboard it still shows that my account is trial, how can I change that?
  2. Is the fact that my account still counts as trial is a reason why I can’t browse and download any commercial data in the EO Browser?

it sometimes takes a few hours for the transaction to be fully completed.

Can you check now?
