How to inquire available bands/properties of each product

Hi everyone!

Are there any sources or codes to inquire the bands/properties of one product? For example, besides the spectral bands that have been listed in the Layer, how to inquire if there are any other quality bands (such as SCL of Sentinel 2) or properties (such as zenith angles and view angles) of this product?
