In EOBrowser, can't use Planet Scope

I bought Planet Scope HUM - Tier 3 quota, but cannot order data due to

Request failed with status code 400
COMMON_BAD_PAYLOAD
{"error":{"reason":"Source issue","details":["catalog: Published DateRangeFilter 'gt' or 'gte' value must be in the future"]}}

That’s due to incorrect setup of Planet account. I got letter from sentinel, used already created Planet account, but did not received further instructions from Sentinel.

this sometimes happen when Planet wrongly configures the user or if the user has existed prior to being mvoed to our organisation.
We have contacted their support and will update you when we hear back.

Hi @kimbly5214,

the issue was elsewhere. When you purchased the quota, we sent you an invitation to the Planet portal. You have not yet responded to that and therefore your account was not part of our organisation.

This has now been solved and I was able to make a test subscription on you behalf, with the same AOI as you’ve done.
