I’m getting this error whenever I try to make a request for a worldview image.

I’ve tried to change the product but everyone returns this message when I finish the order. Could someone explain what could be happening ?

I repeated the process and I’m not getting the error anymore.
I was using EO to ask for worldview images of an area delimited by a geojson, I selected the desired product and when I finished the order I received this message above
