I am interested in the high quality data of the eo browser.
Unfortunately the quality of the downloaded data is not that good as the
data from scihub. Beside that I cant work on the data in the program
“Snap”. There is every time just one band. Could you help me?

If you are signed-in, there will be an option for “Analytical download” when you click “Download” button. In this option you can select, which bands you would like to download, resolution, etc.
The result will however not work in SNAP as SNAP only works with original data coming from SciHub.
