Urgent: No data found in the finished order

Dear all,

I hope this email finds you well. We have tried at

Al-Araby TV to order commercial satellite images from Rafah (Egyptian borders in Sinai), and the orders got approved, and its status is finished but, there is no data or imagery.

Can you please help us with this problem, because we are having a lot of reports that acquire context from newly released satellite imagery.

This sometimes happen in contested areas, due to data providers (i.e. Airbus, Maxar) purposely preventing orders. There is unfortunately nothing we can do in such case, sorry about that. We can refund your purchase, if you like (the quota was already reimbursed). We apologise for the inconvenience.

These images are supposed to be the right of journalists to ensure freedom of expression and to publish appropriate content.
