3rd Party Data Import Error - Block 'tool-1'

Hi there,
Attempting to place a 3rd party data import subscription (Planet data), and I am getting the following 400 error upon starting the subscription from the request-builder page:

Please advise, thank you.

Hi, I cannot find any failed-to-start subscriptions associated with your e-mail. Can you please provide the subscription ID? Preferably, you can send it in a private message to me instead of publicly disclosing it.

@msterk issue has been resolved - it was on Planet’s side. We’re able to get our data now.
