It seems that there is a problem with Planet data ingestion. All of our subscriptions yield “DELIVERY FAILED” for scenes on 14 March 2024 (today). Since it affects multiple, far apart regions, I suspect there’s a wider issue with either Planet’s or SH’s processing chain. Could you give an estimate as to when this outage is expected to be resolved? Thanks!

thank you for reporting this. There was indeed a glitch in the ingestion, which has been fixed. Newly delivered data is now ingesting properly. Ingestion of all DELIVERY_FAILED data since yesterday afternoon is in progress and should finish in a few hours.
