Acquition times within the range return no data

for ‘landsat-etm-l1’, for the following time-series

‘1999-04-01T00:00:00.000Z’,
‘1999-05-31T23:59:59.000Z’,
‘2024-11-01T00:00:00.000Z’,
‘2024-12-16T23:59:59.000Z’,

despit both of the doc and EO-browser show that there should be an acquisition dates with the range of the above specified time-series, however when i run the request i receive an empty tiff file

Landsat 7 Enhanced Thematic Mapper (ETM+) Level 1

please let me know why i can not obtain a tiff file containing the data for the specified time-series?

Reading into the USGS docs, the mission ended in January 2024. Landsat 7 | U.S. Geological Survey

We will update our docs accordingly, thanks for raising this.

Secondly, for the earlier time period, this is from right at the beginning of the mission before full operations so global coverage is probably not expected at that time.
