Amplitude value to DB or sen-hub [0,0.5] range in sentinel-1


I have a general question about the pixel data range of the AWS public repository SENTINEL-1.

Imported pixel values are amplitude, how can i transform these to DB, and secondly, the sentinel-hub typical range is 0, 0.5. How did they transform the amplitude values?
