Any plan to add Envisat ASAR data?

Hello,
Do you plan to add Envisat ASAR data to EO browser ? It would be usefull to have radar images older than Sentinel-1.

Hi Julien,

After checking the products, it appears to me that ASAR products are currently only available in the standard ENVISAT format. Unfortunately, they do not seem to be available in a cloud-optimised manner yet.

Once available as cloud-optimised files, we will certainly look into importing the data.

An additional side-note: if you are looking to work with other SAR sources, you could take a look at the digitalearthafrica alos-palsar-to-geotiff repository. The tool could allow you to convert the images to COGs on AWS, then you would be able to integrate the scenes in Sentinel Hub using the BYOC service…
