Basic SentinelHub Subscription purchase is not going through


After placing an order for a basic subscription to Sentinel Hub, the under billing, order status says ‘PLACED’, but has not yet gone through. After a day, nothing changed, so I cancelled the previous order and tried again, and the ‘PLACED’ status still remains.

Do you have any suggestions about what I can do to fix this?


From our records it seems like we never got a confirmation that the transaction was executed and the funds were transferred.
It seems like there might be an issue in the fund settlement between your bank and Adyen.
