BYOC tool not working on Req Builder

Hi,
Hope you are well.
I am trying to download Planet images on the request builder. Once I click on “Send request”, the usual ''Loading" icon appears for one second, then it goes away with no erros sign and no result.

I was using the tool with similar filters yesterday and it was ok.
Could you help me? What could be the mistake?

Hi Matias,

The problem has been fix (if when trying it’s still not fixed, try a hard refresh using ctrl+F5).
