Calculate NDVI for an area using Statistics API

Hi team,

We have just started looking at the Statistics API and wanted to check if anyone has done something similar to help us jumpstart the learning.

We have polygons of parcels and wanted to identify the best way to get the NDVI statistics for a year period so we can check trends. I did have a look at the EO Browser but i can see C0, C1, C2 returned and wasnt sure if i am doing this right.

Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Great to hear that you are looking into the Statistical API! Yes there are some great resources out there already. You can read about the API in our documentation where there are also some examples.

In addition, there are some examples including NDVI in the Sentinel Hub Python documentation too.
