Can satellite photos be sold as art photos?

Hi

Is it possible to sell esntinel-2 satellite photos as art photos after retouching?
I am going to subscribe to the basic plan which allows commercial use.
I have read the terms of service, but I am not sure if I can sell them.

The licensing of Sentinel-2 is described in the attribution and use session in the documentation. For more details, you can refer to the Legal notice on the use of Copernicus Sentinel Data and Service Information. If you have any doubts, I would recommend contacting Copernicus or ESA directly.
