I added a product, then I clicked on Prepared Order, after filling out all the necessary information, I clicked on the Create Order, then I got the following error:
I tried with some other products and I still got the same error cannot find that product although I just queried them. Could someone help me with this problem?

Can you please provide some more details on what you are ordering and the AOI and time range. Then we can help replicate your issue. In the meantime, there is a course on Planet University that includes a section on ordering commercial data through EO Browser.
