Charge Processing Units for Rate Limit Errors

Hello,

Last week, our pipeline had a lot of rate limit errors, and our processing units are much higher than we projected for the number of images that we processed. Our theory is that a processing unit still counts against our quota even if the image was not processed. Can you confirm this theory? Or do you need more information?

No, that is not the case. If you hit the rate limit error, or there is a sporadic error in our system, processing units are not counted.
