Copernicus Digital Elevation Model (DEM) on AWS - Data type

Hello.

According to Copernicus, Copernicus DEM has several instances: EEA-10, GLO-30 and GLO-90.
GLO-30 and GLO-90 from Copernicus are originally in DGED and DTED formats. DGED is 32 Bit, floating point, while DTED is 16 Bit, signed integer.
Only GLO-30 and GLO-90 as COG (Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF) are on AWS managed by Sinergise, as explained here. But this documentation doesn’t explain what is the datatype: if they are 32 Bit, floating point, or 16 Bit, signed integer.
Can anyone help me?
Thank you in advance.

Regards

Hi @laterza ,

Both datasets are in Float32 = 32 Bit floating point numbers.
