I get the same error by a fis request… is it possible that it is fixed in the same way?

No, this is a different set of issue, but also related to corrupt product. We have to investigate it a bit more and/or remove the product from the database.

can you please try to run the FIS again? This specific product has been reindexed and it should work.
If you still have troubles, please submit a full FIS requests (exclude the INSTANCE_ID), so that we can give it a try.
