CORS Policy Issue ArcGIS Online

Hi. In the new Web Viewer for ArcGIS Online I get the following error when trying to access my WMS or WTMS service

has been blocked by CORS policy: The value of the ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header in the response must not be the wildcard ‘*’ when the request’s credentials mode is ‘include’.

Is there a way to resolve this? I am using the format provided in my Sentinel Hub Account of https://services.sentinel-hub.com/ogc/wms/[id]

Hi @dagefo,
are you using “new” Map viewer or a “Classic” one? Can you try the same process with the other one?
For me services are working well in the new one, but not in the classic one.

I’m the opposite. Works in the classic but not the new one.

I’m using the default settings etc

Hello. I am still struggling with the issue above. Are there any work arounds I can use to avoid this CORS issue?

Hi @dagefo,

sorry for the inconvenience. We have unfortunately little control over how ESRI supports OGC standards.
Have you perhaps tried these steps:

If it does still not work, we would kindly recommend you try with ESRI support as well.
