Database corruption

Have detected 145 occurrences of corruption within the Sentinel-2 database.
Example:
S2B_MSIL2A_20211230T221929_N0301_R115_T03VXC_20211230T224543.SAFE.zip

The recovery of the following image returns an error code of 500

The reason is that the zip file has not been recovered from the archive, but the record summary

https://apihub.copernicus.eu/apihub/odata/v1/Products(‘fa316371-ae34-41e6-897d-7c56b4bad725’)/

states that the zip file is ONLINE (<d:Online>true</d:Online>)

Is there someone that I can send the full list to that can correct the problem?
