Hello
looking for a non profit project that visualizes flow and level of European rivers for paddlers.
I am wondering if on sections where no technical installation with a corresponding output value is available, the processing of satellite images could be a solution.
Therefore, does one think that:
- the resolution of the available images is high enough for smaller rivers where even the widest section is about 10 meters estimated in width?
- a processing aside visual image detection is possible due to cloudy skies?
Thanks in advance for responses to these very low basic questions first.
