Downloading CSV data for statistical analysis

When analyzing temporal behavior of gamma0 (S-1 SAR imagery) the values of gamma0 in the EO Browser’s diagram (values ranging between 0 and 2 if gamma0 is set to linear) are totally different to the values one could download as .CSV file (values ranging between 0 and 10^18).
What is the difference and how can I access the same data as shown in the diagram?

I am not able to reproduce this issue, could you provide more context? Please share the area for which you are calculating the statistics and for which product you are calculating the statstics.
