Empty response of NDVI

Hello,

The following request is returning empty.

Can you help me to understand why there is no data on the response?

Using the same polygon, dates and max CC I can get some viable images.

Hi Marcos,

For the Statistical tool (FIS) to function with custom layers, you need to configure your dashboard. Here is an explanation on how to do so. I would suggest you give it a try and if you run into issues, don’t hesitate to follow up here.

The same call is working for other polygons.
Actually we run dozens of those every day and this is the very first that is returning empty.

I see you have TIME=2019-12-09/2019-04-15 in there… wrong order

My bad… Indeed you could have a look at the dates as suggested by @gmilcinski and if it still doesn’t work, I’ll have a more detailed look!

Wrong filling in the form.
I changed the date order and it worked.
