Error confirming subscription

When I am confirming the subscription order for my Planet Scope order, two errors appear to me:

  • status code 409
    Request failed with status code 409
    COMMON_EXCEPTION
    Can only confirm subscriptions with status CREATED

  • status code 500

Error confirming subscription
Request failed with status code 500
DATA_PROVIDER_ERROR
Error occurred while accessing Planet

Also, what’s the time range limit in a certain Planet Scope subscription? and can I have future captures of the same location in the days following my request?

Looking at one of your latest CREATED subscriptions I see it is in a country, which does not belong to the Tier 1 countries. I believe it is in Tier 3 country, so you would need to purchase the plan for that one.
