We are currently planning a project that requires real-time vessel location data on water surfaces. Is it possible to obtain this data? If so, could you please provide detailed information on how we can access or acquire it?
The Sentinel missions do not have a revisit time that makes it possible to track vessels in real time. For example, Sentinel-2 has a revisit time of 5 days, so you could get snapshots in time for that depending on cloud cover too.

In addition to what @william.ray mentioned, you may want to consider PlanetScope data, that is also available through Sentinel Hub. PlanetScope provides a daily revisit frequency, which would be more suited for tracking vessels than the Sentinel constellation.
