How to mask out cloud occlusion in `landsat-ot-l1`

i would like to know please how to mask out cloud occlusion in landsat-ot-l1?
according to the doc:

there is no informtion about cloud masking!

You should be able to find the relevant information you need in the BQA band. You will need to decode it, but more information on that can be found here and here. For level two, we already have an evalscript: https://sentinelshare.page.link/CE56
