Hi? I would like to upgrade my account to Processing Exploration for 30 EUR per month to receive data from commercial satellites. Now I have trial. I am a volunteer and have started the development of a program that should process images from satellites also in high resolution. This research should also include machine learning. But the option to upgrade the account is not available in the account and the Upgrade button is obscured. What do I need to do to be able to upgrade my account?

Did you upgrade your account? Because I have the same problem. I sent letter with my info over a week ago and got nothing till now. Why?
