I can't see the data in my subscription

I just started to use my account. I did my first subscription for the data of PlanetScope but in “Visualize” I don’t see any data.
Do I have to wait some time to find the data in my account? Or it may be that I did something wrong?

If you added the data you ordered to an existing collection, you should be able to click “show data” within your finished orders and have the data displayed in the Browser. If you ordered the data to a new collection which doesn’t have a configuration in your dashboard yet, you will need to create a new configuration and add the layers to it.
