Inquiry Regarding PlanetScope Subscription Tier3 Quota Deduction

Hi,

I’m writing to seek some information on an issue that we’ve encountered with our Planet account.

We noticed a deduction of 0.25 sq km from our new quota of 6 sq km for Tier3 AUM which started from April 5th, 2024. This deduction seems to have been based on an old subscription tied to certain geometries registered in SentinelHub. The subscription end date for these geometries was stated to be March 30th, 2024, as our previous quota was valid until March 31st, 2024. However, we observed that PlanetScope data from some of these geometries were requested via SentinelHub on April 5th, 2024, which resulted in the quota deduction from the new Tier3 AUM.

We were under the impression that the new quota would start afresh from April 5th, 2024, and any geometries subscribed until March 31st, 2024, would be considered under the previous period and would not impact the new quota.

Could you please provide clarification on why this deduction occurred?

Just to clarify few things that the issue is related to SentinelHub AUM, where the registered area end date was 30th March 2024 but an request was made on April 5th, 2024 automatically.
