I just made two successive attempts to place orders on Maxar imagery, both attempts failed with status “DELIVERY_FAILED” and popup mentioning an error on the provider side.

please note that Maxar, similarly as many other commercial imagery providers, is not offering data over conflict areas, to prevent possible abuse of the data.
The quota was returned to your account so you can use it in other areas.
As you probably know, this policy is really handled by the imagery providers case per case, as I already ordered Maxar imagery in other areas which might be classified as “conflict area”, but I know you cannot do anything about it (unless you can let a more detailed error message pass through and reach the end user, if there is one?)

your point is a relevant one. We will communicate it with the data provider, hoping they will act on it. That said, we have no visibility in their configuration.
