When I try to open old S2 bookmarks/links, they lead to the right location, but do not show a date on the left menu or present the right image date as all. This issue appeared a few weeks ago and hasn’t been corrected yet. Actually, what happens is that you get many dates fused together when you zoom out. A massive composite is shown for the entire planet. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but it’s not doing what it used to do.

Thanks for replying so quickly. The issue isn’t consistent. Seems to come and go. I tried the same Sentinel Share short url bookmark now and it worked this time. So odd.

We had to change something so it might happen the 1st time you access a link or when you login. When you access it the 2nd time or if you are already logged in it should work normally. In any case, if you find a link that produces this reliably please do share it so that we can look into it more.
