I’ve tried to order WorldView image but after few days of the ‘RUNNING’ status I received the info that the order was failed (Error: Timeout). I’ve created new order for the same data, but still I have the ‘RUNNING’ status. Could you please help me with this?
we have contacted European Space Imaging, who is providing Maxar data, and are waiting for their response on what went wrong. I apologise for the inconvenience.
we got a confirmation from European Space Imaging that there was an error on their side, which should now be fixed.
We have re-started your Maxar order and hoping to be delivered soon.
