Missing cop-dem 30m tiles

Hello,
I found that there is no tile at Copernicus_DSM_COG_10_N41_00_E047_00_DEM . When I looked at the resource description on AWS ( Copernicus Digital Elevation Model (DEM) - Registry of Open Data on AWS ) I saw a disclaimer with a link to a list of tiles for some countries that are not released yet, The link ( https://spacedata.copernicus.eu/de/documents/20126/0/Non-released-tiles_GLO-30_PUBLIC_Dec.xlsx ) appears to be dead though.
Can you update it or tell me the list, so I know it is correct that the tile is not provided?

Thank you, that answers my question (although I would have preferred if the tile were available, of course, but it seems there is nothing anyone can do).
