Are there multiple geometry limit area for wms request completed in new version?

By “new version” I assume you refer to the the new Sentinel Hub API (https://docs.sentinel-hub.com/api/latest/)? If so, there should be no specific limit.
Note that Sentinel Hub API does not have “WMS” option, it is a simple REST API.
Currently we are facing URL limit issue. is there not easy way to resolve this issue?
The URL limit issue is a technical limit of the “GET protocol” (see this post).
This is why we have developed the new Sentinel Hub API, which works on “POST” protocol, which does not have a limit.

Now I would also need an example of the “old” (OGC) call that you were using. I know that that call will not work with the above stated WKT, but we need it to create a similar example.

The API documentation and the API itself and all its features are still a work in progress, but it will be possible to convert this request to an API request with a bit of work. API requests are much more powerful than OGC/WMS which means they take a bit more parameters to set up.
Alternatively, splitting your multipolygon into individual polygons or groups of polygons and doing multiple WMS requests is a possible workaround if this is acceptable for your application.

There are two ways of bringing this into postman. Either download the examples at the top of the page and import them as a collection into Postman, or just import the request which is nearest to your use case. Copy the entirety of the box, then in Postman: Import -> Paste raw text. Then modify the example request to match your own. Hopefully with existing examples most of the parameters should be self-explanatory. For more information about parameters and possible values see https://docs.sentinel-hub.com/api/latest/#/Evalscript/V3/README for evalscript information and https://docs.sentinel-hub.com/api/latest/reference/#operation/render for request parameters.
Note that the request geometry must be in GeoJSON. An online conversion tool such as https://rodic.fr/blog/online-conversion-between-geometric-formats/ can help here.
