OGC Requests fail with server response 403 "insufficient processing units"


All our OGC requests fail with server response: “Insufficient processing units or requests available in your account.”
At the same time the Rate limits at the dashboard are unavailable, saying “Information is currently not available due to upgrade of the system.” It takes already more than one hour.

Should we wait more or are we supposed to take an action?
We don’t expect to be out of processing units or requests.

it seems your account has consumed all available processing units. These information are indeed not available in the Dashboard at the moment, sorry about that.

We would therefore recommend to upgrade your account, to get additional processing units to be used.
