Order is taking a lot of time. Image SENSOR type ordered is taking more than a day in RUNNING status

Hi,

Yesterday I ordered an image of about 17km2. The parameters of the image indicated SENSOR and despite that, there has passed more than a day and it is still in RUNNING status and I require it as soon as possible, as my boss require it. Is there a way to know what is happening?

Please check again; the status will take some time to propagate to the front end, but the data you have ordered should now be available to you.
