Order SkySat FAILED / WAITING

Hello,

I recently placed an order that now appears as FAILED in the details table from the Commercial Data Import panel, but as WAITING in the delivery table. Should I consider it as failed? Should I place a new one? Will the credit that I used to order be taken out of my balance?

For anyone who may have the same problem, it was because the Planet SkySat quotas displayed on the dashboard in my SentinelHub account weren’t up to date. The best way to check your Planet SkySat quotas is to go directly to your Planet account.
