Ordering Commercial Datasets

When I am ordering commercial datasets, i receive following error and order is not completed

"Request failed with status code 500


Error occurred while accessing Maxar

{“providerError”:{“status”:404,“content”:“{"authenticated":true,"error":"Invalid token.","message":"No end user found."}”}}

What type of error is this? please guide

this looks like a misconfiguration of your account. We and the data provider are looking into it. We will report here when we find out what the problem is.

the configuration of your account at Sentinel Hub and at the data provider was not consistent. This has been fixed and it should work now. We apologize for it taking longer than usual.
