Piece of planet image missing

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.
I am working with planet images for crops.
Sometimes there are pieces of one image that are not available trhough the request builder, while I can see the full image on the planet site.
On this link there is an example:

I actually tried to download this same image again and it is complete now. But It was not complete when I tried yesterday.
The image is of the 17/01/23, on this coordinates -6496409.2,-3648870.5

I imagine that the parts of the scene were only made available by Planet after you’ve looked at them.
