Hello,

I have already purchased a Planet Scope HUM - Tier 2 quota. Now I have also purchased a Planet Scope HUM - Tier 3 quota, but when I try to confirm a subscription located in Romania, the server answers me as it is:

Weird. Everything looks OK in terms of configuration. Can you perhaps try again in a few minutes, just to make sure it is not some syncing issue? If the issue remains, do please let us know the first two blocks of the order you are trying to confirm and we will check with Planet
