Planet scope Subscription


When I try to confirm a subscription, the API replies as follows:

PS: last year I bought a Planet Scope HUM - Tier 2 subscription and added month-to-month top-up fees. the Tier expired on 25 February and today I bought a new Planet Scope HUM - Tier 2 but I still get the same error.

It’s possible to have in request builder the subscription sorted by creation date or status type as was last year?

Also we have confirmed the subscriptions and their status is RUNNINIG but we cannot see any deliveries.

Can you check if there is some problems?


It takes some time for the data to be delivered… first products should be arriving within an hour typically.
