Planet Scope top-up quota has no effect

We topped up our Planet Scope quota one week ago. However, when I check the available quota using the API, I still get 0.0 quotaSqkm available. Please find below an image that describes the issue.

we have sent you an e-mail at the time of the purchase of the top-up. Might it be you have not received it?

Your account has so far consumed 1538 hectares, using Hectares under management quota system, whereas purchased quota was 200 ha.
In order to continue using the PlanetScope subscription, we would kindly ask you to purchase additional 14 packages of Tier 3, as well as all possible additional quota, if need be.
