PlanetScope subscription freeze

I have a planescope subscription (Id 70661159-a193-MASKED) that has not updated since 30 April, i.e. it has not generated any new deliveries since 30 April.

the data isn’t delivered anymore because the total area of your subscriptions exceeds your hectares-under-managent quota.

We have purchased other 2 top-quota (10 May 2023) but the deliveries still are at 30 April.
Could you solve ASAP?. I have customer that need the update of data.

Hi,

it seems that Planet do not automatically resume delivery after top-up. Please create a new subscription with the same AoI for data after 30 April. If that works, please cancel the current subscription.
