For more than a year, I have been working without any service failure on a project for an international institute where we provide free service to rice producers in Panama. On May 11, only two farms were updated with their Sentinel-2 images, out of 131 farms registered in this project. We have tried downloading the last year’s images for new farms and everything works fine except for May 11, with Sentinel-2. I greatly appreciate knowing if the causes of this service failure originated from Sentinel Hub.
Might it be that the area is affected by the current issues with Sentinel-2 data processing?
