Problem with the NDVI

I am following this tutorialLand Use Land Cover Classification and when trying to execute the workflow and download the S2 data, it failed and I got both of these logs:

Any idea on what could be causing this?
PS: I am using this from eolearn.features import NormalizedDifferenceIndexTask to calculate the NDVI
