Problems with 3rd party data orders from airbus spot & pleadis

Since last friday i have been having problems with ordering 3d party data from Spot & Pléadis, planetscope seems to work fine. anybody else experiencing this ? after a longtime it returns a FAILED status.

problems started last week on the 18th of august.

Any help would be appreciated working on a project which has to be finished this week.

This was probably due to the incident that the data provider had the last week.

Things should work now.
