QGIS Plugin - how to get client ID and secret

Hi,
Sorry for jumping this thread but the title has the right QGIS plugin version …

For some strange reason I can’t login to the QGIS plugin version 2.0 on QGIS 3.16 Ubuntu 18.04. I use the client ID and client OAuth credentials given on the settings page online at https://apps.sentinel-hub.com/dashboard/#/account/settings but QGIS can’t log me in.

Has anyone seen this?

Hi @gastsent,

Is it possible that you are using a user ID instead of a client ID?

Please check this part of our tutorial video where it is shown what exactly are OAuth client ID and secret.

Hi, sorry for jumping in the conversation.

I have similar issues in my account. I have copy-and-paste the client ID and secret in my QGIS 3.6.1 (Sentinelhub plugin v2.0.0), but then got notification that “Authentification is failed, check your credentials”. I have re-create the OAuth client several times, but still the issues remain. I will really appreciate it, if you have any advice on this. Thanks!

Thank you! I knew I had seen it in a webinar but could not find the right min/sec anymore. It works now!
